We developed a smart WhatsApp Business solution for General Takaful to streamline customer interactions across multiple insurance services, including car, travel, general, and medical insurance. The platform provides users with all necessary information via WhatsApp before transferring them to an agent, ensuring a smooth and informed customer experience.

In addition, we unified multiple WhatsApp numbers into a single contact point, simplifying communication for both users and company staff. Advanced features allow conversation assignment, reporting, and targeted broadcasts, enabling efficient management of customer interactions and improved operational workflows.
